Directions From Liverpool
Getting to Balance Health Centre from Liverpool is quick and straightforward.
By car, take the A562 (Speke Road) towards Widnes. Continue straight over the Silver Jubilee Bridge (the new Runcorn Bridge) and follow signs for Widnes town centre.
Turn onto Birchfield Road. You’ll find us on the left-hand side, just a few minutes’ drive from the main shopping area.
The journey usually takes around 20–25 minutes, depending on traffic.
If you’re using a satnav, simply enter WA8 7TG and it will bring you right to our door.
Directions From Widnes Train Station
The nearest train station is Widnes Station, which is about a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk away from the centre.
From the station, exit onto Birchfield Road and head north.
Continue straight until you see Balance Health Centre on your right-hand side.
Taxis are usually available outside the station, or you can catch a local bus (see below).
Bus Routes To Balance Health Centre
Several local bus routes stop close to the centre, making it easy to reach us without driving.
Buses stopping nearby include:
Route 62 – from Liverpool to Warrington (stops along Birchfield Road)
Route 26 – from Widnes town centre to Runcorn
Route 61 – from Hough Green through Widnes
Ask the driver for the Birchfield Road stop. We’re just a short walk away.

There is free parking available on-site.

Balance Health Centre is fully wheelchair accessible, with step-free access at the main entrance and wide doorways throughout. There’s also accessible parking available directly outside the building, and our staff are always happy to lend a hand if you need any assistance.
