Fabulous massage from Elliot . The pain in shoulder muscles completely gone, and nerve damage pain in leg greatly eased. Can’t recommend Elliott highly enough to ease your knotted and aching muscles.

I had my first colonic appointment yesterday and I was honestly so nervous not knowing what to expect but on arriving to my appointment with Pat and Nicola I was instantly made to feel at ease. I was talked through the process and they both answered any questions I had. Before my treatment I was nervous and thought it would be quite embarrassing but I was so relaxed and came away feeling amazing. Both the ladies where so lovely and I felt like I was chatting with friends I had known for years! Will be recommending to all my friends. Thankyou so much Pat and Nicola, I look forward to seeing you both again x
