CANCELLATIONS: A minimum cancellation period of 24 hours is required for a full refund.
Appointments cancelled within the 24 hours will be subject to a charge of 50% of the cost of the session. Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged in full.
COURSES CANCELLATIONS OF COURSES:
Once a package of treatments has started, failure to attend appointments without prior warning may result in cancellation fees and a refund may not be possible.
