Trading Terms and Cancellation Policy

Appointment Cancellations

  • We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full treatment cost, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you.

  • Same-day cancellations or failure to attend (no-shows) will also be charged in full.

This policy allows us to manage our therapists’ schedules effectively and offer appointment times to other clients who may be waiting.

Course and Package Bookings

  • Once a course or package of treatments has commenced, all appointments are considered confirmed.

  • If you fail to attend a booked session without prior notice, cancellation fees may apply, and in some cases refunds may not be possible.

  • Courses and packages are non-transferable and must be used within the agreed timeframe unless otherwise arranged with management.

Refunds

  • Refunds for unused sessions in a course may only be granted in exceptional circumstances and are subject to management approval.

  • Where a refund is approved, any treatments already taken will be charged at the full single-treatment rate, and the balance will be returned.
