When I arrived for my first treatment saying I was nervous is a understatement, Nicola made me feel so relaxed and comfortable by the time my last treatment came round I felt like I had been going for years , Nicola is one of the nicest ladies I have met , she explains what is happening and keeps talking and listening while the treatment is going on , I will be going back and I can recommend 100% to anyone who is thinking about it do it!!! You won’t be sorry x

I had my first colonic appointment yesterday and I was honestly so nervous not knowing what to expect but on arriving to my appointment with Pat and Nicola I was instantly made to feel at ease. I was talked through the process and they both answered any questions I had. Before my treatment I was nervous and thought it would be quite embarrassing but I was so relaxed and came away feeling amazing. Both the ladies where so lovely and I felt like I was chatting with friends I had known for years! Will be recommending to all my friends. Fabulous massage from Elliot . The pain in shoulder muscles completely gone, and nerve damage pain in leg greatly eased. Can’t recommend Elliott highly enough to ease your knotted and aching muscles.
