In this rapidly changing world, we just wanted you to know that we are still here for you all and our appointments will still continue as normal. But we do need to make sure that we are all staying safe, so we have put some things in place to protect you and protect our team.
At the end of the day, we are a clinical practice and as such we do have thorough cleaning practices in place already. However, there are some further practical actions that we are taking to ensure everyone stays happy and healthy.
As a team, we are taking all the necessary precautions to keep us all safe.
We are also putting some simple but effective measures in place to guarantee our patient safety.
These include;
- Asking you at check-in when coming in from outside to use our alcogel which is on reception.
- Having tissues on hand and asking that you use these if you need to cough or sneeze. So please do not be offended if a member of the team asks if you currently have any signs of a cold.
- If you suspect that you or a family member have any signs of the coronavirus please cancel your appointment and do not come to the clinic. We will happily re-arrange the appointment for when you are better.
I am sure you agree these requests are simple but effective. If you are not sure of anything please call the clinic to discuss.
